Concept:
This 4-minute animation was synchronized to Faye Wong’s performance of her romantic song “Love Letter” during her 2011 comeback concert. The 3D scribbles symbolize handwriting, and as the scribbles become overwhelmed by emotion, they are weighed down and eventually fall to the ground. The shattered pieces symbolize broken hearts, which eventually find their way back to form the big paper heart strung together by the scribbles, the Love Letter.
